Y'all, it's not even the first time in recent memory we've lost property rights. And that didn't go viral, either.
The HOLLER Heard ’round the World
That's what I thought I knew about Auburn, WV, from my research: there would be infrastructure issues. So I had expectations of what I'd probably hear. But sometimes your expectations are just WRONG.
CTA: Tell your State Senators “Fight for our property rights!”
Call to action! Contact your state senators and demand they oppose HB 4268, #ForcedPooling, no matter what new name the industry wants to use for it. Our representatives should be working for WVians, not #lobbyists and #corporations!”
WV’s State of the State: More Manure from Jim Justice
Jim Justice particularly seems to think his position is equivalent to that of glorified gubernatorial prop comic: cow patties, flashing lights, hatchet, and tackle box are all on hand for the show. Plans to help regular people? Not so much.
Forced Pooling CTA: Tell the WV House Energy Committee NO in 2018—and forever.

West Virginia’s Gas-hole Politicians
China would prefer the U.S. to be less competitive in the future, to fall behind in creating renewable energy infrastructure, to have to buy our solar panels from THEM, while our politicians fall all over themselves to move us backward rather than ahead.
